Yes you can. We offer several different land-home financing packages. In fact, this type of financing plan will usually get you a better interest rate and save you money on your monthly payments.

3. How much money do I need for a down payment?

That will depend on which type of loan you apply for and several other factors. What we try to do is find a plan that will work with what you have saved whether that is $500.00 or $5000.00. You may also use your land as collateral.

4. I have had a few problems with my credit, can you help me?

Yes we can help. We work with approximately 15 different lenders and we work hard a trying to solve any problems that you may have with your credit history. Most of the time we can find a financing plan that will work with your particular situation.

5. I own my on land, but I need a well and a septic tank. Can I finance these with my home without putting up my land as collateral?
